Coastal Inspired Nautical Wedding Inspiration

Overlooking the beautiful pier was perfect for a quaint, elegant Coastal-Inspired Nautical wedding inspiration. The ceremony uses an organic arch, designed with a variety of layers of blue balloons. A very subtle hint of white, accented by green garland. Hanging white flowers creates a soft elegant yet relaxed seaside atmosphere.  

The Coastal Venue 

Nestled amid the lush, tropical edge of Tampa Bay, sits the island-inspired Bay Harbor Hotel.  Its breathtaking views create the perfect backdrop for this elegant wedding inspiration. The floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the ballroom overlook Tampa Bay and add to the mood; Inducing a sophisticated feel to the atmosphere.

 

The Nautical Wedding Inspiration

Inspired by the light, airy, tropical feel of this venue, we couldn’t resist bringing the outdoors in. The goal was to accent the already lovely setting with a hint of glam and romance.  The bride and groom’s table is lined with tall beautiful palm frond centerpieces. Then, we complement the look by adding grape wood. Covered with lush greens and eucalyptus. Over-sized white hydrangeas, thistle, mini peach roses, and candles all add to the romantic ambiance. The guest tables scream romance with their layered groupings of sea shell candle holders and floating candles.

The Lovely Little Details

Using ocean shades of blue could not have been more appropriate when we started to design the lovely little details. The guest tables were designed with crystal blue lamour tablecloths. Accented with silver sequin table runners, and adorned with pool blue napkins.  

The wedding party table was dressed in a pool blue tablecloth with a silver sequin runner and crystal blue napkins. It was the sweetheart table that could not be ignored. Layered with a sapphire lamour tablecloth, a silver sequin overlay, and pool blue napkins, the table is stunning. We stepped it up another notch with lush greens, thistle, hydrangeas, roses, to add a lush tropical overlay.

Wedding details were inspired by the gorgeous tropics of Tampa Bay. The Bay Harbor Hotel provided an elegant inspiration to design this wedding. When you start planning your perfect wedding think about the small details. They are what bring the big picture together.
